Pinnacle uses functional and physical testing to place the athlete into a specific program that is backed with sports science that will promote increased performance, reduce injuries, and enhance quality of movements.We use a progressive periodization program that is backed with the latest in technology, helping track the athletes during each sessions to maximize efficiency and productivity.
